The liability policy is designed for risks written on a wages and turnover basis. Cover can include the following as standard but higher limits may be available on request:

Public Liability – up to £5 million with the option to include treatment liability where required.

Products Liability – up to £5 million with the option to include exports to the USA/Canada where required.

Employers’ Liability: £10 million

Professional Indemnity - Maximum limits up to £2m

D&O Insurance - up to £5 million for private companies, partnerships and not for profit organisations 

Group Personal Accident - Maximum Any One Person Limit (Section A) £150,000.00 (24 Hours a Day Worldwide Cover)

Essential Business Legal Solutions - Commercial Legal Protection ( Limit of Indemnity: £100,000 per claim - Aggregate Limit: £1,000,000 per annum (Employment Compensation Awards)

What is insured? 

Employers’ Liability 

 ✓ Damages and costs that you become legally liable to pay for injury to your employees happening while they are working for you. 

✓ Defence costs that the insurer has agreed to pay in the defence or settlement of a claim. 

Public Liability 

✓ Damages and costs that you become legally liable to pay for injury to third parties and damage to their property.

Products Liability

✓ Damage to contract works, temporary buildings and site accommodation, plant, tools, equipment and employees tools, clothing and personal effects.

Group Personal Accident

✓ Offers customisable cover for Group Personal Accident and Business Travel payable as a result of an insured person sustaining bodily injury in an accident.
