We are able to insure most companies operating in this sector, including cover for their ancillary activities, such as plumbing works where this forms a small proportion of the risk.

Rates are dependent on number of years trading, claims experience, activities conducted and areas worked, with discounts available for trade association membership.

Statement of fact basis – no need for proposal form.

Ability to cover low risk trades working at high risk locations.

The Liability Policy is designed for risks written on a wages and turnover basis. Cover can include the following as standard but higher limits may be available on request:

Public Liability – up to £5 million with the option to include treatment liability where required.

Products Liability – up to £5 million with the option to include exports to the USA/Canada  where required.

Employers’ Liability £10 million

Essential Business Legal Solutions (Legal Expenses) up to £1 million in Aggregate

• Professional Indemnity up to £2 million
• D&O for private companies, partnerships and not for profit organisations with optional Employment Practices Liability, Crime, Pension Trustee Liability and Employee Benefits Liability up to £5 million
